The Board of Directors at the Project Tribute Foundation is responsible for developing, defining, and reviewing organization's mission. Additionally, they offer comprehensive leadership and strategic guidance to the organization. Actively engaging in policy establishment, the board guarantees the availability of adequate resources to carry out its mission. They exercise direct supervision and guidance over the Executive Director and the entirety of the organization. Furthermore, the board conducts self-assessments to gauge its own effectiveness as a governing entity.
